Time and Materials Contract
This model is ideal for products that have not been clearly defined at the onset of the project. It offers clients significant interaction throughout the entire development process and allows you to change the direction the solution is going mid-stream if necessary.
Fixed Price Bid
This model is ideal for clearly defined projects that have no unknown elements. This process is more rigid and does not allow much room for mid-stream changes without a complete re-evaluation of the project.
Royalty Based COGS Model
This model gives companies the option of moving projects from R&D expenses to their cost of goods sold, allowing you to focus your budget on strategic new development projects. We will develop the features you want for your product and license the IRPs back to you in exchange for royalties on the sales. This royalty amount will approximate the feature development effort and risk associated with it. This model is ideal for mature software products with a predictable revenue stream.
