Customer Collaboration
We provide real time intranet access to our clients for real time project status monitoring. This is important, because all of our customers are at least 9 time zones away. The access is secure, exclusive of other clients, mamaintains client data privacy, and is password controlled. No waking up WCCS employees in the middle of the night. Clients have full round the clock visibility of their project, status, issues, and resolutions. They also get full transparency into the resources assigned to the project: individual resource status, vacations, next week’s plans, etc. At no time does the client feel the “distance”. This goes a long way towards risk-mitigation. Collaboration tools such as the Magor Telepresence brings in another dimension to client interaction.
